摘 要:为避免列车运营过程中出现单点故障导致紧急制动无法缓解或无法施加,本文以某市域动车组为例,分析其紧急制动电路的设计原理和单点故障,并从安全性和经济性的角度综合考虑,提出了电路优化方案。经过设计验证和运用考核,证明该优化方案可有效避免紧急制动单点故障。In order to avoid the single point failure during the operation of the train,the emergency braking cannot be alleviated or applied.This paper takes a urban EMU as an example to analyze the design principle and single point failure of the emergency braking circuit.From the perspective of safety and economy,a circuit optimization scheme is proposed.Through the design verification and application assessment,it is proved that the optimization scheme can effectively avoid single point failure of emergency braking.
