摘　　要：城际/市域动车组作为运行在城市间的新型运输工具,外观要求较高,金属漆的应用不仅使其车身靓丽,而且能起到较好的保护效果。文章介绍了金属漆在城际/市域动车组上的应用情况,并针对试制过程中出现的色差问题,以某市域动车组为例,分析色差影响因素及导致色差的原因,提出了相应解决方案。该方案的实施确保了金属漆色差的精确控制。As the new type of transportation tool running between cities,intercity/urban EMUs have high appearance requirements.The application of metallic paint not only makes their bodies beautiful,but also provides good protection.This paper presents the application of metallic paint on intercity/urban EMUs,and according to the color difference problem that occurred during the trial production process,taking a certain urban EMU as an example,analyzes the influencing factors and the causes of color difference,and proposes corresponding solutions.The solutions ensure the precise control of color difference in metallic paint.
