摘  要:为实现多微网并入配电网后系统的全局稳定和经济成本最优,提出一种基于机会约束规划的含多微网主动配电网分布式优化管理模型。在微网侧以各微网运行成本最小为调控目标,而在配网侧对系统的网损和新能源消纳量进行优化调整。计及风光不确定及配网与多微网建模进行目标级联求解,进而将分布式模型通过交互功率进行等效替换,实现配电网与多微网运行解耦和不同主体分布式求解,在保护各主体间隐私的同时克服了常规约束的保守性,并对能量进一步合理分配以及利用机会约束规划分析系统中不同运行工况在各个越限概率下的优化结果。最后以改进的IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真验证,算例分析表明分布式优化模型具有可行性且在此模型下的含多微网主动配电网系统具备良好经济性与运行可靠性。To achieve global stability and the optimal economic cost of a system after integrating multiple microgrids(MG)into a distribution network,this paper proposes a distributed optimization management model for an active distribution network(ADN)with multiple microgrids based on chance-constrained programming.On the microgrid side,the objective is to minimize the operating cost of each microgrid,whereas on the distribution network side,the network loss and new energy consumption of the system are optimized and adjusted.Considering the uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic power,the modeling of the distribution network with multiple microgrids is solved through analytical target cascading(ATC).Subsequently,the distributed model is equivalently replaced through interactive power,thus decoupling the operation between distribution networks with multiple microgrids and distributed solutions for different entities.While the privacy of each entity is protected,the conservatism of conventional constraints is overcome,and energy is allocated reasonably.The optimization results for different operating conditions of the system were analyzed using chance-constrained programming with various exceedance probabilities.An improved IEEE 33-node system was used for simulation verification.Numerical analysis shows that the distributed optimization model is feasible,and the active distribution network system with multiple microgrids under this model has good economic and operational reliability.
