摘  要:随着风力和光伏等新能源发电并网规模不断增大,传统同步发电机被逐渐替代,系统的支撑功能需由同步机承担转向由新能源发电设备承担,构网型控制技术可以使新能源发电设备具有频率支撑能力。针对目前对构网型变换器响应系统不平衡功率特点和支撑能力认识的局限性,基于设备统一化运动方程模型,提出了构网型变换器频率支撑能力评估方法,进而基于评估结果提出了进一步优化构网型变换器频率支撑能力的目标。由于构网型变换器一次调频响应较慢,为加快其在响应初期的支撑能力,设计了二阶虚拟同步环节,以达到虚拟惯量和阻尼参数不变的前提下获得更优的系统频率动态效果。MATLAB/Simulink时域仿真验证了所提二阶虚拟同步环节增强构网型变换器支撑能力,优化系统频率动态特性的作用。As the penetration of wind and solar energy generators increases,traditional synchronous generators are being replaced,and their support functions must be implemented using renewable generators.Grid-forming technologies enable renewable generators to support power systems.Focusing on the characteristics of the response process of a grid-forming converter under unbalanced active power disturbances and the limitations in assessing its support capabilities,this paper proposes a method to evaluate the frequency support capability of grid-forming converters by applying a unified motion equation model and optimizing the frequency support functionality.Since the grid-forming converter has a relatively slow primary frequency regulation characteristic,a second-order virtual synchronous generator was designed to improve frequency dynamics using virtual inertia and damping coefficients.Time-domain simulations conducted in MATLAB/Simulink verified that the second-order virtual synchronous generator enhances the frequency support capability of grid-forming converters and system frequency dynamics.
