摘  要:调峰辅助服务市场可以组织可调负荷、储能、火电、抽水蓄能等多元主体实现削峰填谷,化解可再生能源消纳的发电风险。但关于调峰服务市场的出清竞价模型研究对多元主体参与的电力调峰出清竞价研究仍不够充分,而且现行的分时竞价机制忽视了同一时段电力调峰服务品质的差异性,缺少分段竞价理论在电力调峰服务方面的应用研究。对此,基于分段竞价理论,采用价格分段代替传统的容量分段方法,并将价格分段点作为求解变量纳入出清定价的优化求解过程,提出了适用于电力调峰市场的价格分段竞价交易机制,综合构建了考虑多元主体参与的调峰服务市场分段竞价优化模型。最后通过仿真算例对比多种竞价机制结果,验证了多元主体参与及价格分段竞价机制对降低调峰服务总费用的效果,实现了不同类型调峰资源的定价区间与其调峰服务质量相匹配,并对价格区间数量等参数进行了简要分析。The power peak regulation market can organize multiple subjects,such as adjustable loads,energy storage,thermal power,and pumped storage,to achieve peak shaving and valley filling and resolving the power generation risk associated with renewable energy consumption.However,research on clearing bidding in the peak power regulation market with multi-agent participation remains insufficient.In addition,the current hourly bidding mechanism ignores the differences in the quality of peak power regulation services during the same period and lacks application research on block bidding theory in peak power regulation.In this regard,based on block bidding theory,this study adopts price segmentation instead of the traditional capacity segmentation method.It incorporates price segmentation points as solution variables into the optimization process of clearing pricing and proposes a price block bidding mechanism suitable for the power peak regulation market.A comprehensive block bidding optimization model is constructed,considering the participation of multiple subjects.Finally,a simulation example was used to compare the results of various bidding mechanisms,verifying the effect of multi-agent participation and the price-block bidding mechanism on reducing the total cost of peak regulation.The pricing intervals of different types of peak regulation resources are matched with the quality of the peak regulation service,and parameters such as the number of price intervals are briefly analyzed.
