摘 要:美国疾病预防控制中心(简称美国CDC)化学威胁实验室响应网络是一个覆盖全美国各个州和地区的超过50家主要由各地方公共卫生实验室组成的实验室网络,由美国CDC进行管理,负责对大规模化学威胁事件和地方化学威胁事件中临床样本进行采集、运输和检测分析。美国CDC化学威胁实验室响应网络通过构建分级网络框架,建立标准的样本采集包装运输程序、实验室检测技术方法及相关配套设施,实现大规模化学威胁事件发生后大批量样本的快速采集、送检和实验室分析,并为地方提供化学威胁响应的实验室应对能力和公共卫生服务。美国CDC化学威胁实验室响应网络的框架设计、能力要求、事件响应工作流程等对国内相关网络实验室的构建具有参考价值。The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)Laboratory Response Network for Chemical Threats(LRN-C)is a network of more than 50 primarily local public health laboratories covering all states and regions of the United States.It is managed by the CDC and is responsible for collecting,shipping,and analyzing clinical specimens from large-scale and local chemical threat events.The U.S.CDC Chemical Threat Laboratory Response Network establishes a hierarchical network framework,standard specimen collection,packaging,and transport procedures,laboratory testing methods,and related support facilities to achieve rapid collection,shipment,and laboratory analysis of large numbers of specimens following large-scale chemical threat events and to provide local laboratory response capabilities for chemical threat and public health services.The framework design,capability requirements,and event response workflow of the CDC Chemical Threat Laboratory Response Network in the United States provide a reference for the establishment of relevant domestic network laboratories.
