我国公安情报学专业教育与美国执法情报分析专业教育比较研究

摘　　要：梳理美国执法情报分析专业的课程体系结构与内容,为我国公安情报学专业教育建设提供参考。以美国10所高校的执法情报分析和我国4所高校公安情报学的专业教育为样本,对其学制学分、侧重领域和培养目标、课程体系和内容等进行系统梳理和比较分析。建议我国相关高校积极参与公安情报学专业教育和人才培养的建设,重点探索学科核心内涵,完善课程开设逻辑,合理调整学制学分,围绕理论性专业知识和实战型应用技能两大方向开发课程,形成通用的开课基本规范。This article summarizes the curriculum structure and curriculum content of law enforcement intelligence analysis in the United States to provide reference for the construction of the education of public security information science in China.The study takes the education of law enforcement intelligence analysis in 10 universities in the United States and public security information science in 4 universities in China as samples,to systematically and comparatively analyze their academic credits,focus areas,training objectives,curriculum system,curriculum content and so on.It is suggested that relevant universities in China should actively participate in the construction of education and personnel training of public security information science,focus on exploring the core connotation of the major,improve the logic of the curriculum organization,adjust the credit system reasonably,develop courses around the two directions of theoretical professional knowledge and practical application skills,and form a general basic standard for curriculum organization.
