摘　　要：为提升公共图书馆智慧服务水平,更好地满足老龄用户需求,对公共图书馆老龄用户智慧服务使用意愿影响因素进行了探讨。通过整合技术接受和利用统一理论模型(UTAUT模型)和信息系统成功模型(D&M模型),构建了包括绩效期望、努力期望等多项变量的研究模型。采用问卷调查法收集数据,再利用SPSS软件验证模型假设。结果表明:公共图书馆老龄用户使用智慧服务的意愿受到个体因素、智慧服务平台因素、外部环境因素以及其他因素4个维度的影响。In order to enhance the smart services level of public libraries and better meet the needs of elderly users,the determinants affecting the propensity of elderly users to utilize smart services in public libraries are explored.By integrating the UTAUT model and the D&M model,a research model including multiple variables such as performance expectancy and effort expectancy is constructed.Data are collected through a questionnaire survey and SPss is used to verify the model hypotheses.The findings reveal that the willingness of elderly users of public libraries to use smart services is influenced by four dimensions:individuals,smart service platforms,external environment,and other factors.
