摘　　要：“平安浙江”是习近平同志主政浙江期间,浙江省委提出的重大战略部署。二十年来,在系统治理理念指引下,“平安浙江”坚持统筹协同推进机制,形成了系统完备、科学规范、要素齐全、运行高效的现代化“平安浙江”建设的系统工程。二十年来,“总揽全局、协调各方”的统筹领导机制为“平安浙江”建设提供了坚强有力的政治保证,各战线各部门“多跨协同”机制确保了“平安浙江”的治理效果,全社会多元主体“共建共治共享”机制夯实了“平安浙江”建设的基层基础。“平安浙江”统筹协同机制的系统性、科学性,确保“平安浙江”建设覆盖到现代治理的各方面与全过程,推动“平安浙江”建设沿着中国式现代化的方向不断前进。Over the past twenty years,guided by the concept of system governance,"Peaceful Zhejiang"has adhered to a mechanism of coordinated and coordinated promotion,forming a systematic,scientific,standardized,complete,and efficient modern"Peaceful Zhejiang"construction project.Over the past two decades,the overall leadership mechanism of"taking charge of the overall situation and coordinating all parties"has provided a strong and powerful political guarantee for the construction of"Peaceful Zhejiang".The"multi cross collaboration"mechanism of various fronts and departments has ensured the governance effect of"Peaceful Zhejiang",and the""co-construction,co-governance,and sharing"mechanism of multiple subjects in the whole society has consolidated the grassroots foundation of"Peaceful Zhejiang"construction.The systematic and scientific coordination mechanism of"Peaceful Zhejiang"ensures that the construction of"Peaceful Zhejiang"covers all aspects and the whole process of modern governance,and promotes the construction of"Peaceful Zhejiang"in the direction of China's modernization path.
