草原文化体系构建的思考

摘　　要：草原文化是世代生活在草原上的先民、部落、民族共同创造的一种与草原生态环境相适应的文化,包括生产生活方式、风俗习惯、宗教信仰等。草原文化与农耕文化、渔业文化一同构成了中华文化的三大主源。近年来,我国越来越重视优秀传统文化保护建设,为全面加强草原文化的保护、传承、弘扬创造了良好机遇。目前草原文化体系建设还不健全,若不加强保护建设,将影响到草原地区社会经济的可持续发展。阐述了现阶段草原文化建设的必要性,并总结了取得的有关成就和存在问题,最后提出了全力推进草原生态文明建设、全面提升草原文化服务水平、建立健全草原文化产业体系、着力开展草原文化强国建设等构建体系,旨在为草原文化高质量发展提供参考。Grassland culture is a culture created by generations of ancestors,tribes,and ethnic groups living in grassland areas that is adapted to the ecological environment of the grassland,including production and lifestyle,customs,religious beliefs,etc.Grassland culture,farming culture and fishery culture together constitute the three main sources of Chinese culture.In recent years,China has attached increasing importance to the protection and construction of excellent traditional culture,providing a good opportunity to comprehensively strengthen the protection,inheritance,and promotion of grassland culture.However,the current grassland cultural system construction is not sound.If protection and construction are not strengthened,it will affect the sustainable development of the social economy in grassland areas.Based on in-depth research,researchers elaborated on the necessity of grassland cultural construction at current stage,summarized the achievements and existing problems,and finally proposed to fully promote the construction of grassland ecological civilization,comprehensively improvd the level of grassland cultural services,established a sound grassland cultural industry systems,and focused on the construction of a strong grassland cultural country,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of grassland culture.
