摘  要:为了解决普通原纸因表面粗糙、缺乏保湿功效导致使用后易引起皮肤损伤、干燥等问题,采用静电纺丝技术将透明质酸(HA)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)的混合溶液制备成PVA/HA串珠纤维膜,探究纺丝参数对纤维形貌的影响。使用原纸作为接收基材与PVA/HA串珠纤维复合,测试HA迁移率与保湿性能。结果表明:当PVA质量分数为5%,PVA与HA质量比为5∶3,辊筒转速为150 r/min,电压为18 kV,给液速率为0.5 mL/h,接收距离为15 cm时,获得的串珠纤维复合纸表面的纤维膜最光滑致密,且无明显疵点。纤维膜具有良好的浸润性,接触角为48°,遇水9 s内即完全溶解。串珠纤维复合纸的HA迁移率在PVA与HA质量比为5∶3、纤维面密度为1.5 g/m2时最高。此时,其保湿性能也达到最高水平,相比仅用水润湿的对照组(含水量64%),在皮肤上贴敷复合纸1 min后,皮肤含水量从14%提升到79%。In order to solve the problems of skin damage and dryness caused by rough surface and lack of moisturizing effect of raw paper,a mixed solution of hyaluronic acid(HA)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was prepared into PVA/HA beaded fiber membrane by electrospinning to investigate the effect of spinning parameter on fiber morphology.HA transfer rate and moisturizing performance of PVA/HA beaded fibers were tested by laminating the PVA/HA beaded fibers with raw paper.The results show that when the mass fraction of PVA is 5%,the mass ratio of PVA to HA is 5∶3,the roller speed is 150 r/min,the voltage is 18 kV,the feed rate is 0.5 mL/h,and the receiving distance is 15 cm,the fiber membrane on the surface of the composite paper is the smoothest and densest,without obvious defects.The fiber membrane had good infiltrating performance,the contact angle was 48°,and it was completely dissolved within 9 s in contact with water.The HA transfer rate of the beaded fiber composite paper was the highest when the mass ratio of PVA to HA was 5∶3 and surface density of fibers was 1.5 g/m2.At this time,its moisturizing performance also reached the highest level,and compared with the control group(64%water content)which was moistened with water only,the water content of the skin increased from 14%to 79%after applying the beaded fiber composite paper on the skin for 1 min.
