摘 要:以2-甲基咪唑和1,6-己二醇(或甘油)制备的反应性低共熔溶剂MI-H(或MI-G)为咪唑源相,采用界面合成法得到不同尺寸的ZIF-67材料。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、自动比表面积和孔隙度分析仪等对合成得到的ZIF-67的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,以MI-H或MI-G为咪唑源相时,合成的ZIF-67-H和ZIF-67-G的尺寸分别为250和2000 nm;比表面积分别为1751和1756 m2/g,均高于大多数文献报道的ZIF-67的比表面积。ZIF-67-H和ZIF-67-G对甲基橙(MO)染料的吸附结果表明,ZIF-67-H对MO的最大吸附容量可达300.36 mg/g,高于ZIF-67-G的190.50 mg/g。ZIF-67-H和ZIF-67-G对MO的等温吸附过程为Langmuir吸附,吸附动力学为准二级动力学吸附。该研究为控制合成不同尺寸的高比表面积MOF材料提供了一种新方法。Porous ZIF-67 material with different sizes were prepared by interface synthesis using reactive deep eutectic solvent MI-H(or MI-G)as source of imidazole,which prepared from 2-methylimidazole(2-MI)and 1,6-hexanediol(or glycerol).The structure and properties of the synthesized ZIF-67 was characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer,automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer.The results show that the sizes of ZIF-67-H and ZIF-67-G synthesized with MI-H or MI-G as the imidazole source phase are 250 and 2000 nm,respectively.The specific surface area is 1751 and 1756 m2/g,respectively,which are higher than the specific surface area of ZIF-67 reported in most literature.The adsorption effect of ZIF-67-H and ZIF-67-G on methyl orange(MO)dye are investigated.The maximum adsorption capacity of ZIF-67-H is up to 300.36 mg/g,which is much higher than the maximum adsorption capacity of ZIF-67-G with 190.50 mg/g.The isothermal adsorption process of ZIF-67-H and ZIF-67-G on MO is the Langmuir adsorption,and the adsorption kinetics equation is the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.This study provides a new method for the controlling synthesis of MOF materials with high specific surface area and different sizes.
