摘 要:堆料机是现代纺织、化工、矿山、物流等行业的常用输送设备,其堆垛能力是大型堆料机的一项关键指标。为满足新型移动伸缩堆料机900 t/h的高输送能力并解决堆垛过程中物料连续性差、出现堆积与掉落等问题,基于EDEM(event driven execution manager)离散元仿真技术对设计的输送系统进行计算与分析。利用经验公式对输送系统的通过能力进行理论评估;借助EDEM软件设计典型物料形状与颗粒工厂,实现输送系统离散元模型的构建,分析当前系统的物料输送与堆积状态;重点研究输送系统输送速度与托辊槽角对物料断层及堆料能力的影响规律,确定新型堆料机输送系统的最佳工况,这为优化配置输送系统结构及合理确定最佳运行工况提供理论指导。Stacker is a commonly used conveying equipment in modern textile,chemical,mining,logistics and other industries,and its stacking capacity is a key indicator of large stackers.In order to meet the high conveying capacity of the new mobile telescopic stacker of 900 t/h and solve the problems of poor material continuity,stacking and falling during the stacking process,we calculate and analyze the designed conveying system based on event driven execution manager(EDEM)discrete element simulation technology.A theoretical evaluation was conducted on the throughput capacity of the conveying system using empirical formulas.Using EDEM software,typical material shapes and particle factories were designed,and a discrete element model of the conveying system was constructed.The current material conveying and stacking status of the system was analyzed.The study focused on the influence of the conveying speed of the conveying system and the angle of the roller groove on the material fault and stacking capacity,and determined the optimal working condition of the new stacking machine conveying system.The study can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing the configuration of the conveying system structure and determining the optimal operating condition reasonably.
