基于运气学说探讨鼻衄的发病规律

摘　　要：目的基于《黄帝内经》五运六气的理论探讨鼻衄患者发病的规律。方法收集成都中医药大学附属医院住院及门诊3710例鼻衄患者资料,将收集到的鼻衄患者出生日期推算出各自的五运六气信息,再将各运气信息进行统计学分析。结果鼻衄患者中主运为“金运不及”发病率最高,主气为“阳明燥金”发病率最高。结论五运六气能影响患者的体质,其中出生日期为“金运不及”与“阳明燥金”运气下形成的体质更易导致患者鼻衄的发生。Objective This study aims to investigate the pathogenesis of epistaxis patients based on the doctrine of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors in Huangdi Neijing.Methods A total of 3710 epistaxis patients’data were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients’birth dates were calculated,and statistical analysis was conducted on the information regarding Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors.Results The information of Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in patients with epistaxis was as follows:the zhu’yun were Jinyun Buji and the main qi was Yangming Zaojin.Conclusion The constitution of patients can be influenced by the Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,with a higher likelihood of epistaxis occurrence in individuals whose constitution is determined by their birth date’s alignment with the Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.
