中药封包联合中频脉冲电治疗应用于暴聋患者的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的通过收集、统计分析既往病例资料,对中药封包联合中频脉冲电治疗应用于暴聋患者的临床护理效果进行探讨。方法选取2015年~2019年五年间广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的150例暴聋患者作为研究对象,将其分成中药封包联合中频脉冲电治疗组、中药封包治疗组、以及常规治疗组3个研究组别,采用完全随机设计多个样本资料的秩和检验对试验数据进行统计分析。结果检验统计量H校正值为13.538,近似服从ν=k-1的χ^(2)分布,查χ^(2)界值表得出:χ_(0.005(2))^(2)=10.60,由于H>χ_(0.005(2))^(2),则P<0.005,按a=0.05水准,可认为三种疗法治疗暴聋患者的临床疗效不全相同,其疗效差异存在统计学意义。结论中药封包联合中频脉冲电治疗相较于其他两种治疗方法,有更高的有效率,对患者病耳听力恢复有更好的效果。Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of Chinese medicine package combined with medium frequency pulse electric therapy on patients with sudden deafness by collecting and statistically analyzing previous case data.Methods A total of 150 patients with sudden deafness admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2015 to 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into three research groups:Chinese medicine package combined with medium frequency pulse electric therapy group,Chinese medicine package treatment group,and conventional treatment group.The rank sum test of multiple sample data with completely random design was used to perform statistical analysis on the experimental data.Results The corrected value of the test statistic H was 13.538,which approximately obeyed theχ^(2) distribution ofν=k-1.Theχ^(2) boundary value table showed that:χ_(0.005(2))^(2)=10.60.Since H>χ_(0.005(2))^(2),P<0.005.According to the a=0.05 level,it can be considered that the clinical efficacy of the three therapies in treating patients with sudden deafness is not completely the same,and the difference in efficacy is statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the other two treatment methods,Chinese medicine packaging combined with medium-frequency pulse electrotherapy has a higher efficacy and better effect on restoring hearing in the patient's diseased ear.
