摘　　要：俄罗斯较早出台历史文化建筑保护相关法律法规,在历史文化建筑保护领域积累了丰富经验。本文梳理俄罗斯历史文化建筑保护相关法律法规体系的发展历程,重点分析《俄罗斯联邦各民族文化遗产(历史文化古迹)法》,以期为我国历史文化建筑保护提供参考借鉴。Russia has introduced laws and regulations related to the protection of historical and cultural buildings at earlier stage,and has accumulated rich experience in the field of historical and cultural building protection.This article reviews the development process of relevant law and regulation system on the protection of historical and cultural buildings in Russia,with a focus on analyzing the"Law on the Cultural Heritage of Various Ethnic Groups in the Russian Federation(Historical and Cultural Monuments)",in order to provide reference and guidance for the protection of historical and cultural buildings in China.
