旧城保护更新中的城乡空间结构优化策略研究

摘　　要：本文深入探讨了旧城保护更新过程中的城乡空间结构优化策略,旨在平衡历史文化遗产保护与现代城市发展之间的需求,促进旧城的可持续复兴。通过系统分析旧城面临的功能衰退、人口流失、保护与发展矛盾及空间结构僵化等挑战,本文提出了功能分区与业态调整、交通体系优化、公共空间与绿地建设等多维度的空间结构优化策略。研究结果表明,科学合理的空间结构优化是实现旧城保护与发展双赢的关键路径,为旧城在未来的城市化进程中保持独特魅力与活力提供了重要参考。This paper deeply discusses the optimization strategies of urban-rural spatial structure in the process of protection and renewal of old cities,aiming to balance the needs between the protection of historical and cultural heritage and the development of modern city,as well as promote the sustainable revival of the old city.Through the systematic analysis of the challenges of the old city including functional decline,population loss,contradictions between protection and development,and rigid spatial structure,this paper puts forward multi-dimensional spatial structure optimization strategies such as functional zoning and business adjustment,transportation system optimization,public space and green space construction.The results show that scientific and reasonable spatial structure optimization is the key to achieve the win-win situation of old city protection and development,which provides important reference for the old city to maintain its unique charm and vitality in the future urbanization process.
