摘　　要：近年来,随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,由于新农民对生活质量的追求及科技的应用,新农村房屋的建设正在迎来一场翻天覆地的变革。SketchUp 建模软件具有界面简洁、功能强大、用途广泛、易上手等优点,给建筑规划设计工作带来便利。本文以浙江省杭州某乡村旧房屋的改造和SketchUp在房屋改造过程中的应用为例,为其他乡村的房屋建设和改造提供一些理论支持和实践指导。With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy in recent years,the pursuit of new farmers for life quality and the application of technology has promoted the construction of new rural housing to undergoing revolutionary changes.SketchUp modeling software has the advantages of simple interface,powerful functions,wide range of applications,and easy to use,bringing convenience to architectural planning and design work.This article takes the rural housing renovation in Hangzhou area as an example by applying SketchUp in the housing renovation process,which could provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for the rural housing construction and renovations in other rural areas.
