摘　　要：随着智能技术的发展进步,智能建造技术在建筑工程中应用越来越广泛。将智能技术及建筑工程相关技术进行技术创新和管理创新,可全面提高工程建设的智能化水平,实现安全建造目的。本文以某安置房项目为例,分析项目施工难点和建设思路,总结了智能建造技术的应用要点和应用效果,以期为同类项目提供参考和借鉴。With the development of intelligent technology,intelligent construction technology is more and more widely used in construction engineering.Building engineering adopts intelligent construction technology,and makes full use of intelligent technology and its related technologies to carry out technology innovation and management innovation,which can comprehensively improve the intelligent level of engineering construction and achieve the purpose of safe construction.This paper takes a resettlement housing project as an example,analyzes the construction difficulties and development ideas of the project,summarizes the application points and application effects of intelligent construction technology,hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
