摘　　要：近年来,酒店品牌升级迭代的速度加快,带动了酒店翻新改造的需求大幅提升。在施工效率、质量、环保上更具优势的装配式装修体系,是未来酒店装修行业发展的一个重要方向。本文以维也纳酒店深圳油松店装配式工艺样板房为案例,从深化原则、部品选型及关键技术等方面进行探索,挖掘装配式装修在酒店行业建设产业链上的发展潜力,验证装配式装修技术在酒店改造的可行性。In recent years,the speed of hotel brand upgrading iteration has accelerated,which has greatly increased the demand for hotel renovation.Prefabricated decoration systems with advantages in construction efficiency,quality,and environmental protection,are an important direction for the future development of the hotel renovation industry.This paper takes the prefabricated process model room of Vienna Hotel Shenzhen Yousong as a case,explores from the aspects of deepening principles,parts selection and key technologies,excavates the development potential of prefabricated decoration in the construction industry chain of the hotel industry,and verifies the feasibility of prefabricated decoration technology in the hotel renovation.
