摘　　要：心肌炎是一种由感染性或非感染性因素引起的非缺血性心肌炎症。大多数心肌炎患者经过适当治疗后能够痊愈,但其引发的心源性猝死风险不容忽视,而且病毒性心肌炎还存在进展为扩张型心肌病的潜在风险,故对心肌炎的研究就显得尤为重要。近年来,随着再生医学领域的突破,尤其是药物、基因传递系统和干细胞研究的进展,心肌炎的潜在治疗策略已经发生了根本性的变化。本综述旨在总结分析心肌炎病因和治疗的最新研究成果。Myocarditis is a non-ischemic inflammatory condition of the myocardium,triggered by infectious or non-infectious agents.While most patients may achieve recovery with appropriate treatment,the potential for myocarditis to lead to sudden cardiac death and progress into dilated cardiomyopathy,particularly in cases of viral etiology,underscores the critical importance of research in this area.Recent breaththroughs in the field of regenerative medicine,especially in the research of pharmaceuticals,gene delivery systems,and stem cell therapies,have brought about fundamental shifts in potential therapeutic strategies for myocarditis.This review aims to comprehensively summarize and analyze the latest research findings on etiological factors and potential therapy modalities for myocarditis.
