摘  要:基于LabWindows/CVI编写上位机程序,实现对弹性体试件的疲劳测试,并实时监测试件的刚度系数,同时绘制出其动刚度曲线图谱。测控系统主要分为3大部分:上位机主要完成试验参数的设定及采集数据的处理与显示,包括位移和载荷;控制板卡与上位机软件通过UDP通信交互完成数据交换,控制板卡将数据输出给电液伺服系统并采集设备台体的传感器数据信息,实时调节输出完成闭环控制;台体的电液伺服系统执行指令并反馈实时的位移和载荷的数据信息。系统着重介绍上位机的UDP协议的网口通信、电液伺服系统的PID闭环控制策略,以及刚度系数的计算与曲线绘制。系统可在监测疲劳测控的同时监测试件的刚度系数变化,无需将试件进行二次测量,大大提高了对试件验证的效率。The host computer program is written based on LabWindows/CVI to realize the fatigue test of the elastomer specimen,and monitor the stiffness coefficient of the test specimen in real time,and draw the dynamic stiffness curve at the same time.The measurement and control system is mainly divided into three parts.Host computer software mainly completes the setting of test parameters and the processing and display of collected data,including displacement and load.The control board and the host computer software interact with each other through UDP communication to complete data exchange,and the control board outputs the data to the electro-hydraulic servo system and collects the data information of the equipment body sensor,and adjusts the output in real time to complete the closed-loop control.The electro-hydraulic servo system of the equipment body executes the command and feeds back the real-time displacement and load data information.System focuses on the network port communication of UDP protocol of the host computer software,the PID closed-loop control strategy of the electro-hydraulic servo system,and the calculation and curve drawing of the stiffness coefficient.The system can monitor the fatigue measurement and control and the stiffness coefficient change of the specimen at the same time,and there is no longer a need to carry out secondary measurement of the specimen,which greatly improves the efficiency of the specimen verification.
