摘 要:鉴于棒控棒位系统低频电源柜的信号特性独特、插件接口多样化,传统的测试仪器往往难以全面满足其测试需求。为了确保低频电源柜在出厂前经过充分的测试和验证,设计了一套专用测试平台。该平台可以针对低频电源柜的低频电源插件、配电插件以及整体低频电源柜提供必要的外部输入,并自动校验输出的正确性,从而实现对测试需求的全面验证。该平台已在某核电项目低频电源柜的功能性能测试上成功应用,不仅缩短了测试周期,降低了测试成本,还提高了测试准确性。测试结果完全满足上游设计输入要求,为后续棒控棒位系统成套设备自动测试平台的开发提供了参考。Given the unique signal characteristics and diverse plug-in interfaces of the low-frequency power supply cabinet for the rod control and rod position system,traditional testing instruments often fail to fully meet its testing requirements.To ensure that the low-frequency power supply cabinet undergoes sufficient testing and verification before leaving the factory,this paper introduces a specifically designed testing platform.This platform can provide the necessary external input for the low-frequency power supply plug-ins,power distribution plug-ins,and the overall low-frequency power supply cabinet,while automatically verifying the correctness of the outputs,thus achieving comprehensive validation of the testing needs.The platform has been successfully applied in functional and performance testing of the low-frequency power supply cabinet for a nuclear power project,which not only shortened the testing cycle,reduced testing costs,but also improved testing accuracy.The test results fully meet the upstream design input requirements,providing a reference for the development of automatic testing platforms for subsequent complete equipment of the rod control and rod position system.
