摘  要:对某城市典型居民区和商业区进行为期6个月的试验,对比分析了智能电表、负荷管理系统和储能设备在提升配电网灵活性方面的效果差异。结果表明,试验组的系统响应时间平均缩短了近50%,负荷调节能力提升了约120%,电压波动范围减少了约50%,说明3种策略对配电网灵活性都有所提升。进一步,试验比较了3种策略的差异性,结果发现:智能电表与负荷管理系统结合应用可以显著提高系统的响应速度和负荷调节能力,减少电压波动,是提升配电网灵活性的有效手段;储能设备在削峰填谷和应急供电方面表现出色,可以有效平衡负荷波动,但其成本和效率存在一定限制;分布式能源管理系统可以优化能源调度,减少电压波动和功率不平衡,充分提升配电网的运行稳定性。因此,建议在实际应用中针对具体问题适当调配3种策略,从而最大限度发挥系统的配电网灵活性。Through a 6 months experiment in typical residential and commercial areas of a certain city,this study compared and analyzed the differences in the effectiveness of smart meters,load management systems,and energy storage equipment in improving the flexibility of the distribution network.The results showed that the system response time of the experimental group was shortened by an average of nearly 50%,the load regulation ability was improved by about 120%,and the voltage fluctuation range was reduced by about 50%,indicating that the three strategies have improved the flexibility of the distribution network.Furthermore,the differences among the three strategies were compared in the experiment.The combination of smart meters and load management systems can significantly improve the system's response speed and load regulation ability,reduce voltage fluctuations,and is an effective means to improve the flexibility of the distribution network.Energy storage equipment performs excellently in peak shaving,valley filling,and emergency power supply,effectively balancing load fluctuations,but its cost and efficiency have certain limitations.Distributed energy management systems can optimize energy scheduling,reduce voltage fluctuations and power imbalances,and fully enhance the operational stability of distribution networks.Therefore,it is recommended to make appropriate adjustments to three strategies for specific problems in practical applications,in order to maximize the flexibility of the distribution network of the system.
