水电站温泉集水井排水方案及水泵故障分析处理研究

摘  要:地下式厂房的水电站在建设时期的某些施工支洞会打通山体内部温泉,需要设置温泉集水井排出温泉水。以重庆乌江彭水水电站的温泉集水井为例,研究分析温泉集水井排水方案及排水泵常见的机械故障,提出相应处理方案,以达到温泉集水井排水系统长期、安全运行的目的。通过对温泉集水井各排水方案的优劣对比及水泵故障的原因分析,证明设置井外离心泵式排水装置,并在后续运行过程中做好设备定期除垢、设置软启动器监视水泵电机参数、加装真空引水罐等措施,可实现排水装置的长期安全稳定运行。During the construction period of underground hydropower plants,certain construction support tunnels will open up hot springs inside the mountain,requiring the installation of hot spring collection wells to discharge hot spring water.Taking the hot spring collection well of Chongqing Wujiang Pengshui Hydropower Station as an example,this study analyzes the drainage scheme of the hot spring collection well and common mechanical failures of the drainage pump,and proposes corresponding solutions to achieve the long-term and safe operation of the hot spring collection well drainage system.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various drainage schemes for hot spring collection wells and analyzing the causes of pump failures,it is proven that setting up an external centrifugal pump drainage device,regularly descaling the equipment during subsequent operation,setting up a soft starter to monitor pump motor parameters,and installing a vacuum water intake tank can achieve long-term safe and stable operation of the drainage device.
