网络空间青年政治参与困境及治理路径

摘　　要：政治参与是青年发展的重要方面,互联网技术在便捷青年政治参与的同时也带来了一些困扰,主要表现在:算法推荐技术降低青年群体政治参与能力、负面消息影响青年群体政治参与意愿、网络空间浊化减弱青年群体政治效能感。对此可通过改进算法推荐技术,提升青年群体政治参与能力;完善网络政治参与制度,增加青年群体政治参与意愿;净化网络空间,强化青年群体政治参与效能感的方式,构建和谐、规范、有序的网络空间政治参与局面。Political participation is an important aspect of youth development.The rapid development of Internet technology has brought convenience to youth political participation but also brought crisis,and algorithm recommendation technology has reduced the ability of youth groups to participate in politics.Negative news affects the willingness of young people to participate in politics;The turbidity of cyberspace weakens the sense of political efficacy of young people.To this end,the ability of young people to participate in politics is enhanced by improving the algorithm recommendation technology.Improve the online political participation system and increase the willingness of young people to participate in politics;Purify cyberspace,strengthen the sense of effectiveness of youth group’s political participation,and build a harmonious,standardized,and orderly situation of online political participation.
