青年“躺平”亚文化的类型学考察及应对策略

摘　　要：为探究青年是否“躺平”及其“躺平”亚文化的具体类型,基于类型学理论和问卷调查方法,分析了青年“躺平”亚文化的类型样态、“躺平”类型占比、形成机理及其应对策略。实证结果显示,青年中存在“低欲望主动式躺平”和“退缩性被动式躺平”两种类型。青年“躺平”亚文化的生成是内外部因素综合作用的结果:生活压力过大催生“佛系”、社会竞争激烈加剧“内卷”、资本逻辑定义“成功”是青年“躺平”亚文化形成的外在原因;目标定位不够准确、核心力量不够扎实是其形成的内在机理。基于此,针对青年“躺平”亚文化的引导工作,需加强网络文化建设以强化价值引领,引导青年弘扬积极的奋斗观、培育长远的发展观;需加强网络空间监管强化责任引领,加强网络空间生态治理,规制资本权力,监管资本运作;需加强青年行为学研究以强化思想引领,深化青年的挫折行为和学习行为研究,树立进取的成长观和科学的成才观。To explore whether young people are"lying flat"and the specific types of"lying flat"subcultures,based on typology theory and questionnaire survey methods,this study analyzes the types and forms of"lying flat"subcultures among young people,the proportion of"lying flat"types,the formation mechanisms,and coping strategies.The empirical results show that there are two types of lying flat among young people:"low desire active lying flat"and"withdrawal passive lying flat".The emergence of the subculture of"lying flat"among young people is the result of a combination of internal and external factors:excessive life pressure gives rise to the"Buddhist style",intense social competition intensifies the"internal competition",and the capital logic defines"success"as the external reasons for the formation of the subculture of"lying flat"among young people.The internal mechanism of its formation is that the target positioning is not accurate enough and the core strength is not solid enough.Based on this,in order to guide the subculture of"lying flat"among young people,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of network culture to enhance value guidance,guide young people to promote a positive outlook on struggle,and cultivate a long-term development concept.We need to strengthen the supervision of cyberspace,enhance responsibility guidance,strengthen the governance of cyberspace ecology,regulate capital power,and supervise capital operations.It is necessary to strengthen the research on youth behavior to enhance ideological guidance,deepen the study of youth's setback behavior and learning behavior,and establish an enterprising growth outlook and a scientific outlook on talent development.
