摘 要:针对某串联式混合动力非公路矿用车(PHEV)设计了一套热管理系统,来保证其动力系统、电池系统、空调系统在各个工况下安全可靠地运行,通过虚拟仿真分析技术,对动力系统中的电机冷却系统在典型工况下进行仿真分析,评估电机冷却系统设计的可行性;另外,考虑到热管理系统的能耗,对电机冷却系统中电动水泵及其控制策略进行优化。计算结果显示,对于优化后春秋季、夏季环境下的矿山循环工况,电动水泵能耗分别降低了54%和85%,能耗降低明显。A thermal management system is designed for a plug-in hybrid electric non-road mining vehicle(PHEV)to ensure the safe and reliable operation of its power system,battery system and air-conditioning system under various working conditions.Through virtual simulation and analysis technology,the motor cooling system in the power system is simulated and analyzed under typical working conditions,and the feasibility of the motor cooling system design is evaluated.In addition,considering the energy consumption of the thermal management system,the electric water pump in the motor cooling system and its control strategy are optimized.Calculation results show that,after optimization,under the mine cycle conditions in spring and autumn environments and in a summer environment,the energy consumption of the electric water pump is reduced by 54%and 85%respectively,which is a significant reduction in energy consumption.
