摘  要:电动挖掘机一般是在传统液压挖掘机的基础上进行电气化改造,改进其传动结构,由电动机取代柴油机,电动机由动力电池组或者外部电源供电,进而驱动液压泵带动液压系统工作,通过对电动机转速的控制实现挖掘机工作状态的调节。设计一种液冷电动挖掘机的电池系统,通过理论计算动力电池系统的匹配性,并对电池系统进行热电综合仿真,验证电动挖掘机电池系统的温升和可靠性。Electric excavators are generally electrified on the basis of traditional hydraulic excavators,the transmission structure is improved,the electric motor replaces the diesel engine and is powered by traction batteries or external power supplies,which in turn drives the hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic system to work,and the regulation of the excavator's working state is realized through speed control of the electric motor.A battery system for a liquid-cooled electric excavator is designed,the compatibility of the traction battery system is theoretically calculated,and thermoelectric synthetic simulation of the battery system is conducted to verify the temperature rise and reliability of the battery system of the electric excavator.
