摘 要:为在改进空调噪声的同时不影响空调的流场特性,探讨贯流风扇三维数值模拟的必要性,对贯流风扇6种叶轮结构的流量和噪声进行完全的三维数值模拟,讨论贯流风扇的变斜式叶轮对室内机流场和噪声的影响。研究结论认为:变斜式叶轮可有效降低噪声,尤其是叶频及其倍频处;扭转角越大,整体降噪效果越好;叶频及其倍频处,并非扭转角越大降噪效果越好;随着变斜式叶轮扭转角增大,室内机流量越来越小,选取扭转角时应综合考虑流量和噪声两方面。To reduce the noise of air conditioner without affecting the flow field characteristics of the air conditioner,the necessity of three-dimensional numerical simulation of the cross flow fan is explored,a complete three-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow and noise of six types of impeller structures of the cross flow fan is carried out,and the influence of the twisted impeller of the cross flow fan on the flow field and noise of the indoor unit is discussed.The research concludes that,the twisted impeller can effectively reduce the noise,especially at the blade frequency and its multiple frequencies;the larger the twist angle,the better the overall noise reduction effect;at the blade frequency and its multiple frequencies,it is not the case that the larger the twist angle,the better the noise reduction effect;with the increase in the twist angle of the twisted impeller,the flow of the indoor unit decreases,and the selection of the twist angle shall comprehensively take into account both flow and noise.
