摘　　要：针对大吨位起重机稳定性试验和结构强度试验中缺少专用试验装备的现状,在分析大吨位起重机侧向加载试验需求的基础上,采用模块化技术创新研发出大吨位起重机专用的侧向加载装备,并设计相应的试验工艺路线,提高了大吨位起重机侧向加载试验验证的安全性和高效性,保障了起重机的高质量研发和快速上市。In view of the lack of specialized test equipment for stability testing and structural strength testing of large tonnage cranes,based on the analysis of the demand for lateral loading testing of large tonnage cranes,specialized lateral loading equipment for large tonnage cranes is innovatively developed by adopting modular technology,and corresponding testing process routes are designed,which improves the safety and efficiency of lateral loading testing verification for large tonnage cranes and ensures high-quality research and development and rapid market launch of cranes.
