工程机械斗齿与石料摩擦磨损的试验设计

摘  要:由于工况环境的复杂性,工程机械耐磨件的磨损失效问题备受关注。设计环-块摩擦磨损试验对工程机械斗齿的摩擦磨损行为进行研究,选择斗齿材料作为试环,青石作为试块,设置载荷、转速等不同的参数条件,测定摩擦因数、磨损失重,并观察摩擦表面形貌揭示摩擦机理。结果表明,相同转速条件下载荷越大,磨损越严重,但相同载荷条件下转速越高,磨损程度反而会减小;原因是高摩擦速度产生较高的摩擦温度,使得石料表面产生晶化层,降低了摩擦因数,进而降低了磨损率。Due to the complexity of working environments,the wear failure of wearresistant parts of construction machinery has attracted much attention.A ring-block friction and wear experiment is designed to study the friction and wear of the bucket teeth of construction machinery.The bucket tooth material is selected as the test ring,the bluestone is selected as the test block,different parameter conditions such as load and rational speed are set to determine the friction factor and wear loss,and the friction surface appearance is observed to reveal the friction mechanism.The results show that,under the condition of the same rotational speed,the greater the load,the more severe the wear,but under the condition of the same load,the higher the rotational speed,the less severe the wear.The reason is that the high friction speed generates a high friction temperature,resulting in a crystalline layer on the stone surface,which reduces the friction factor and then reduces the wear rate.
