摘  要:以某电厂运行现状为背景,以流体动力学为基础,对磨煤机原始焊接喷嘴环进行二次设计,提出一种锥形喷嘴,使用有限元分析软件进行仿真,将原始焊接喷嘴与锥形喷嘴流场进行对比,分析磨煤机在运行过程中风粉混合物对机壳的冲刷效果和局部阻力变化,结果表明,锥形喷嘴具有更好的动力学特性,更低的局部阻力,对机壳的冲刷磨损明显降低,实际运行结果与仿真结果基本一致,并且能有效减少排渣。With the operation status of a power plant as the background and based on fluid dynamics,a secondary design of the original welded nozzle ring of the coal mill is carried out,and a conical nozzle is proposed.The finite element analysis software is used for simulation,and the flow field of the original welded nozzle is compared with that of the conical nozzle to analyze the scouring effect of the air-powder mixture on the casing and the changes of the local resistance during the operation of the coal mill.The results show that the conical nozzle has better dynamics characteristics,lower local resistance and an obvious reduction of scouring wear on the casing,the practical operation results are basically consistent with the simulation results,and slag discharge is effectively reduced.
