高压自变量马达在矿热炉行走设备上的应用

摘  要:介绍定量马达和高压自变量马达在矿热炉多功能捣炉车上的应用,并结合多功能捣炉车的实际使用情况,分别从行走系统的压力冲击、溢流损失及加速效率上进行对比,通过实际试验得出分析结论:使用定量马达的加速性能比使用高压自变量马达好;但在短距离频繁启停工况下,高压自变量马达能有效降低压力冲击、减少系统溢流发热量和提升泵的使用寿命,为矿热炉多功能捣炉车行走驱动马达的选型提供参考依据。The application of quantitative motors and high-pressure independent-variable motors in multifunctional stoking vehicles of submerged arc furnaces are introcluced,and in conjunction with the practical use of multifunctional stoking vehicles,the travelling systems are compared in terms of pressure impact,overflow loss and acceleration efficiency.The analysis conclusions are drawn through practical tests that,the acceleration performance of using a quantitative motor is better than that of using a high-pressure independent-variable motor;however,under the working conclitions of short-distance and frequent start and stop,the high-pressure independent-variable motor can effectively reduce the pressure impact,decrease the system overflow heat generation and improve the service life of the pump,which provides a reference basis for the selection of travelling drive motors for multifunctional stoking vehicles of submerged arc furnaces.
