摘  要:对水利引水隧洞钢内衬管道在隧洞内的运输和拼装难题进行分析,综合考虑弧面行走、穿管装卸作业、小曲线通行和高精度管口对接需求,完成运输拼装机工作原理设计和总体方案设计,并针对施工难题开发八字轮弧面行走技术、自主上下台阶技术、管道姿态调整技术和高精度管口拼接技术。实际工程应用表明,相关设计方案及关键技术可以满足钢内衬管道在狭小空间内的运输拼装要求,大大提升施工效率。An analysis is conducted on the transport and assembly problems of steel lining pipes in water conservancy diversion tunnels.Considering the needs of curved travelling,pipe assembly and disassembly operations,small curve passage and highprecision pipe orifice docking,the working principle design and overall plan design of the transport and assembly machine are completed,and the negative-camber wheel travelling technology,autonomous gongup step and going-down step technology,pipe posture adjustment technology and high-precision orifice docking technology are developed to address the construction problems.Practical engineering application shows that the relevant design plan and key technologies can meet the requirements of transport and assembly of steel lining pipes in narrow spaces,which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
