摘  要:通过建立某车举升机构计算模型,推导出举升液压缸行程和调平液压缸行程关于举升角的函数关系式;进一步对举升机构进行受力分析,推导出举升液压缸推力、拉杆拉力以及调平液压缸推力关于举升角的函数关系式。基于以上计算模型,可以绘制各变量关于举升角的变化曲线,明确机构受力变化情况及最大工况位置,为相关的研究工作提供理论参考和依据。By establishing a calculation model for the lifting mechanism of a vehicle,the functional relation of the lifting hydraulic cylinder stroke and the levelling hydraulic cylinder stroke with respect to the lifting angle is derived.The stress on the lifting mechanism is further analyzed,and the functional relation of the lifting hydraulic cylinder thrust,tie bar tension and levelling hydraulic cylinder thrust with respect to the lifting angle is derived.Based on the above calculation model,the change curves of each variable with respect to the lifting angle can be drawn to clarify the stress changes of the mechanism and the position of the maximum working condition,which provides a theoretical reference and basis for related research work.
