摘 要:桥壳总成在台架试验时,桥壳半轴套管圆角出现开裂,对失效故障进行分析,选择台架试验工况进行理论计算,考虑应力集中系数,计算出桥壳半轴套管圆角局部位置弯曲应力;选择合适材料,合理热处理方法,使得材料性能满足设计要求;最后进行有限元分析,验证半轴套管圆角处应力满足设计要求。通过理论计算、有限元分析,使得新设计零件满足性能要求,解决半轴套管圆角开裂问题。During the bench test of the axle housing assembly,cracks appeared at the axle housing tube fillet.The failure is analyzed,the bench test conditions are selected for theoretical calculation,and considering the stress concentration coefficient,the bending stress at the local position of the axle housing tube fillet is calculated.Appropriate materials and reasonable heat treatment methods are selected to enable the material properties to meet the design requirements.Finally,finite element analysis is carried out to verify that the stress at the axle housing tube fillet meets the design requirements.Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the newly designed component meets the property requirements,and the cracking problem of the axle housing tube is solved.
