摘 要:长庆油田小井眼井漏失数量加剧,为提高堵漏效率及堵漏安全性,长庆钻井总公司设计研发一种裸眼封隔堵漏工具,通过胶筒封隔上部井眼的方式,增加堵漏时堵漏材料进入漏层的比例。对该工具的关键构件胶筒进行研究,通过对5种不同样品橡胶进行单轴拉伸试验的方式,优选一种适合大膨胀量的材料并对其应力-应变曲线进行本构拟合,获取其参数差异化的YEOH本构模型。设计Φ135 mm和Φ190 mm两种尺寸的腰鼓型胶筒,通过有限元隐式动力学分析的方法,分析两种尺寸胶筒受位移载荷下的变形情况及表面沿井筒方向的接触应力,发现设计的Φ190 mm胶筒可以对相应的Φ250 mm井筒产生一定的密封作用,Φ135 mm胶筒通过优化设计改变结构后,也可以对相应的Φ190 mm井筒产生一定的密封作用。The number of leaks in small holes in Changqing Oilfield has increased.To improve the plugging efficiency and plugging safety,Changqing Drilling Company has designed and developed a packing and plugging tool for open holes,which uses a rubber element to pack the upper hole and increase the proportion of plugging materials entering the leakage layer during plugging.The key component of the tool,the rubber element,is studied.By means of uniaxial tensile tests on five different rubber samples,a material suitable for large expansion is selected,and its stress-strain curve is constitutively fitted to obtain a YEOH constitutive model with parametric differentiation.Drumshaped rubber elements of 135 mm and 190 mm are designed and the deformation of the two sizes of rubber elements under displacement loads and the contact stresses on the surface along the wellbore are analyzed through a method of implicit dynamics analysis of finite element.It is found that the designed rubber element of 190 mm has a certain sealing effect on the corresponding wellbore of 250 mm,and the rubber element of 135 mm also has a certain sealing effect on the corresponding wellbore of 190 mm after its structure is changed through optimization design.
