摘  要:调整X70管线钢化学成分,适量增加Cr、Ni、Mo3种元素的含量,通过力学性能测试、橡胶轮磨损试验、金相组织分析以及SEM观察磨损面形貌等手段,分析添加化学元素对于磨损性能的影响以及造成这种影响的原理。得出结论:化学成分对X70管线钢的耐磨性能有很大影响,加入Cr、Mo、Ni等元素提高了钢材的硬度,可以有效提高管线钢的耐磨性能。管线钢组织类型对钢的耐磨性能有很大的影响,贝氏体的耐磨性能比铁素体更高,组织分散均匀有助于管线钢耐磨性能的提高。管线钢硬度高,橡胶轮磨损的磨损面划痕平直且长,硬度低磨损面出现凹坑,磨损短而深。The chemical composition of X70 pipeline steel is adjusted by appropriately increasing the content of Cr Ni and Mo elements,and by means of mechanical property testing,rubber wheel wear testing,metallographic structure analysis and SEM observation of wear surface appearance,the influence of the addition of chemical elements on the wear resistance is analyzed,as well as the principle behind the influence.It is concluded that the chemical composition has a great influence on the wear resistance of X70 pipeline steel,and the addition of elements such as Cr,Mo and Ni improves the hardness of steel,which can effectively enhance the wear resistance of pipeline steel.The microstructure types of pipeline steel have a great influence on the wear resistance of steel,the wear resistance of bainite is higher than that of ferrite,and uniform microstructure dispersion helps to improve the wear resistance of pipeline steel.When the hardness of pipeline steel is high,the scratches on the worn surface of the rubber wheel are straight and long.When the hardness is low,pits appear on the worn surface,and the wear is short and deep.
