摘 要:针对超级双相不锈钢晶粒粗细不均匀和各向异性的特点,致使超声波产生明显的散射、信噪比低等问题,针对厚度40 mm焊接试板,选择单晶纵波斜探头检测并进行调校,通过制作模拟试块进行验证,并与实际的工艺评定焊接试块进行对比验证,同时比较分析检测结果与射线方法,得到超声检测的适用性与不足之处,更好地指导超声波检测工作。In view of the cnaracteristics of size unevenness and anisotropy of super duplex stainless steel grains,which lead to significant scattering and low signal-to-noise ratio of ultrasonic waves,for the welded test plate with a thickness of 40 mm,a single-crystal longitudinal-wave angle probe is selected for testing and tuning.A simulated test block is produced for verification and compared with the welded sample of the actual procedure qualification for verification.At the same time,the test results and ray methods are compared and analyzed to obtain the applicability and shortcomings of ultrasonic testing to better guide the ultrasonic testing work.
