摘　　要：涂料作为保护钢结构件的重要材料,对带式输送机钢结构件的防腐处理起到了重要作用。近年来,随着国家对环保以及劳动者对健康重视程度的不断提升,水性漆越来越多地被应用到钢结构防腐处理上。对带式输送机钢结构件的油漆配套、涂层标准、水性漆与油性漆性能的对比分析进行研究,确保水性漆在带式输送机钢结构件表面喷涂的稳定性和一致性。As an important material for protecting steel structural parts,paints play an important role in anti-corrosion treatment of steel structural parts of belt conveyors.In recent years,with the rise in the attention of the country to environmental protection and of the workers to health,waterbased paints are more and more applied to anti-corrosion treatment of steel structures.The paint matching and painting standards of steel structural parts of belt conveyors and comparative analysis of the performance of water-based paints and oil-based paints are studied to ensure the stability and consistency of water-based paints sprayed on the surface of steel structural parts of belt conveyors.
