摘  要:回顾国内外螺纹插装阀的发展历程以及插装孔标准形成的历史背景,对在国内市场上占有主要份额的3个标准进行分析对比,并以2孔阀插装孔尺寸为例,通过图表形式对比3个主要标准的区别,介绍3个标准的显著特点。通过分析国内螺纹插装阀插装孔的标准化现状,提出推广标准化产品的意义与建议,期望通过国内大市场的带动,推动螺纹插装阀插装孔ISO标准在国内市场上的普及。The development history of domestic and foreign screw-in cartridge valves and the historical background of cavity standard development are reviewed,and three standards that occupy a major share in the domestic market are analyzed and compared.Taking the cavity size of a 2-port valve as an example,the differences of the three major standards are compared in a form of charts,and the significant features of the three standards are introduced.By analyzing the status quo of standardization on screw-in cartridge valve cavities in China,the significance and suggestions of promoting standardized products are put forward,with the expectation of promoting the popularization of ISO standards on screw-in cartridge valve cavities in the domestic market through the drive of the large domestic market.
