摘 要:通过对履带式液压挖掘机的先导液压系统工作原理进行分析研究,分析发现履带式液压挖掘机先导液压系统的二次压力异常偏高造成先导阀内部油路的高压冲击,从而引起履带式液压挖掘机在工作时先导手柄操作的不平顺,同时存在抖动的现象。从先导液压系统原理进行分析,结合试验方案进行验证,确定根本原因是阀体损坏导致内泄,最后给出增加安全溢流阀的解决方案。By analyzing and studying the working principle of the pilot hydraulic system of a crawler hydraulic excavator,it is found that the abnormally high secondary pressure of the pilot hydraulic system of the crawler hydraulic excavator results in high-pressure impact of the internal oil circuit of the pilot valve,which sequentially leads to unsmooth operation of the pilot handle of the crawler hydraulic excavator during operation and a shacking phenomenon.It is analyzed from the principle of the pilot hydraulic system and verified through the test plan to determine that the root cause is internal leakage caused by valve body damage,and finally,a solution of adding a safety relief valve is provided.
