摘　　要：目的浅析贺丰杰教授诊疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,LUFS)的临床经验。方法通过跟师侍诊、整理贺老临证典型医案、结合按语配合复习相关祖国医学典籍,分析体会,总结贺丰杰教授对LUFS的认识、病因病机、理法方药等学术思想。结果贺丰杰教授认为LUFS属于卵巢性不孕的范畴,是一种特殊的无排卵性月经表形。致病因素繁杂,究其发病重点在肾,受肝、脾、气血影响。治疗上尤注意甄别病因、控制原发病,整体观念结合分期调经,聚焦经间(排卵)期,辨证论治,通过中药内服、保留灌肠、针灸促排多途径治疗,事半功倍。结论贺老临床运用中西合参,精准治疗,病证结合,内外同治的思维模式有效改善疾病负性影响,提高排卵率及临床妊娠率。Objective To analyze the clinical experience of Professor HE Fengjie in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).Methods Through learning from the tutor,the compilation of typical cases and the review of relevant Chinese medical classic books,it summarized Professor HE′,s understanding of LUFS,its etiology and pathogenesis,as well as his academic thoughts on theory,method,prescription and medicine.Results Professor HE has concluded that LUFS belongs to the category of ovarian infertility and is a special form of anovulatory menstrual phenotype.The pathogenic factors are complicated,but the focus of the pathogenesis is kidney,which is affected by liver,spleen,Qi and blood.The treatment pays special attention to the identification of the cause,the control of the original disease,the holistic concept and the phased regulation of menstruation,do not forget to focus on the intermenstrual(ovulation)period,syndrome differentiation and treatment,through the internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,retention of enema and acupuncture to promote ovulation multi-path treatment,half the work with double results.Conclusion Professor HE Fengjie clinically used the thinking mode of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,precise treatment,combination of disease and syndrome,and internal and external treatment to effectively reduce the negative effects of LUFS and increase the ovulation and clinical pregnancy rate.
