康志媛从心肾不交论治女性复发性口糜经验

摘　　要：心阳下降,肾阴上泽,心肾相济,维持着人体阴阳的平衡,心肾不交,虚火上炎则致口糜。河南省名中医康志媛教授认为该病病位在口腔,病机为心肾不交,虚阳浮越,由于女性生理病理特点与心肾密切相关,在治疗女性反复口腔溃疡时善用归肾丸加肉桂引火归元,使浮阳潜藏,口糜自愈。该文对康志媛教授用药经验予以总结,以便名医经验更好地传承。The decrease of heart Yang,the rise of kidney Yin,and the coordination of heart and kidney maintain the balance of Yin and Yang in the human body.If heart and kidney are not in harmony,the deficiency of fire and inflammation can cause fatigue in the mouth.Professor KANG Zhiyuan,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Henan Province,believes that oral ulcers are located in the oral cavity,with the pathogenesis of disharmony between heart and kidney and excessive Yang deficiency.Due to the close correlation between female physiological and pathological characteristics and heart and kidney,when treating recurrent oral ulcers in women,he is good at using Guishen Pill(归肾丸)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)to return fire to its origin,so that floating Yang can be hidden and the oral erosion can heal itself.This article summarized Professor KANG Zhiyuan′s medication experience in order to better inherit the experience of renowned doctors.
