摘　　要：全国名中医田维柱教授通过长期的临床实践,对中风病的治疗积累了丰富的经验。认为肝肾阴虚为中风病发生之根本,标实主要归咎于瘀血。其病机为阴虚血瘀。治疗当抓住肝肾阴虚之根本,标本同治,以滋阴活血为治则,同时辨证施治,酌以祛风、清热、化痰、益气之法。因缺血性中风及出血性中风的病机不同,应用药物也有所差异。缺血性中风必用桃仁、红花、水蛭三味活血化瘀之品。出血性中风喜用龙胆草、大黄和三七清热、泻下、祛瘀。眼针根据三焦、脏腑、循经、观眼取穴原则进行选穴;眼针、体针并用,阴经、阳经相结合;分期论治中风病,痉挛期采用关刺、轻刺、缓刺,疗效显著。The famous traditional Chinese medicine professor TIAN Weizhu has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of stroke through long-term clinical practice.It is believed that Yin deficiency of liver and kidney is the root cause of apoplexy,and its symptom is mainly due to blood stasis.Its pathogenesis is Yin deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment should grasp the root which is Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,take nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation as the treatment principle.At the same time,the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation,and take the methods of dispelling wind,clearing heat,eliminating phlegm and supplementing Qi.Because of different pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke,the application of drugs is also different.The treatment of ischemic stroke is sure to use Taoren(Persicae Semen),Honghua(Carthami Flos)and Shuizhi(Hirudo),which can activate blood circulation and resolve blood stasis.The treatment of hemorrhagic stroke is preferred to use Longdancao(Gentianae Radix),Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)and Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma)to clear heat,purge and remove blood stasis.In terms of acupuncture,the acupoints of eye acupuncture are selected according to the principles of three-Jiao,Zang-Fu organs,meridians and eye observation.The treatment combines eye acupuncture and body acupuncture and Yin and Yang meridians are also combined in the treatment.In the treatment of apoplexy by stages,Guan acupuncture,light acupuncture and slow acupuncture are used in spasmic period,and the effect is remarkable.
