摘　　要：腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)是肾脏替代治疗方式之一,胃肠功能紊乱是PD常见并发症,与患者生活质量(quality of life,QOL)和健康状况恶化独立相关^([1])。总结天津中医药大学第一附属医院腹膜透析中心宗《黄帝内经》分析认识PD胃肠功能紊乱病因病机,形成以经方方剂为主并针灸、结肠透析术、护理及并发症处理的中医一体化临床治疗经验,为建立规范同质、疗效确切、可操作性强的PD胃肠功能紊乱中医药一体化治疗体系提供思路。Peritoneal dialysis(PD)is one of the renal replacement therapy modalities,and gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication of PD,which is independently associated with the deterioration of patients′quality of life(QOL)and health status[1].The Peritoneal Dialysis Center of The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of gastrointestinal dysfunction on the basis of Huangdi Neijing,and formed the integrated clinical treatment experience of PD,which mainly involves prescription,acupuncture,colon dialysis,nursing and complication management in order to provide ideas for the establishment of standardized,homogeneous,effective and operable TCM integrated treatment system for PD gastrointestinal dysfunction.
