理气通腑方联合耳穴压豆在宫颈癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察理气通腑方联合耳穴压豆在宫颈癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法将2020年12月—2022年12月于该院接受治疗的宫颈癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者120例随机分为两组。对照组60例术后予以常规治疗,研究组60例在对照组基础上予以理气通腑方联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组临床疗效,评价两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、胃泌素17(G17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平及炎症因子水平,记录两组的首次排气、进食、排便时间及术后住院时间。结果研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的中医证候积分低于对照组,G17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平高于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的首次排气、进食、排便时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气通腑方联合耳穴压豆对宫颈癌术后患者胃肠功能障碍患者的疗效显著,可有效减轻患者的临床症状,改善患者的胃肠功能指标及炎症指标,促进患者胃肠功能恢复。Objective To observe the effect of Liqi Tongfu Recipe(理气通腑方)combined with auricular point pressing on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery in the hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(60 cases)were given conventional treatmentand the study group(60 cases)were givenLiqi Tongfu Recipecombined with auricular point pressing bean treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The TCM syndrome scores,the levels of gastrin 17(G17),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)and inflammatory factors were evaluated before and after treatment.The first exhaust,eating,defecation time and postoperative hospital stay were recorded.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of G17,PGⅠand PGⅡwere higher than those in the control group,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first flatus,eating,defecation and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi Tongfu Recipecombined with auricular point pressing bean has a significant effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with cervical cancer after operation,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the gastrointestinal function indicators and inflammatory indicators,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients.
