当归饮子加减联合穴位艾灸治疗乳腺癌化疗后手足综合征临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究当归饮子加减联合穴位艾灸治疗乳腺癌化疗后手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome,HFS)临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月该院收治的115例乳腺癌化疗后HFS作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为当归饮子组59例及常规治疗组56例,常规治疗组给予维生素B_(6)+尿素软膏常规治疗,当归饮子组常规治疗组基础上加用当归饮子加减方联合穴位艾灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛评分[现时疼痛强度(present pain intensity,PPI)]、血清水平[超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)]、生活质量[HFS生活质量量表(HRQL)]。结果治疗后,当归饮子组总有效率94.92%(56/59)高于常规治疗组82.14%(46/56)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮肤暗淡、皲裂脱屑、皮肤干燥、疼痛瘙痒评分均有所降低,且当归饮子组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组现时疼痛强度PPI评分均有所降低,且当归饮子组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP有所降低,且当归饮子组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组HRQL生活质量评分均有所降低,且当归饮子组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论当归饮子加减联合穴位艾灸治疗乳腺癌化疗后HFS能够取得良好的治疗效果,能够有效缓解中医证候,减轻患者现时疼痛,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Modified Danggui Decoction(当归饮子加减)combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome(HFS)after breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 115 patients with HFS after breast cancerchemotherapy in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2022 and January 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into Danggui Decoction group(59 cases)and routine treatment group(56 cases).The routine treatment group was given vitamin B6 and urea ointment,while Danggui Decoction group was additionally given Modified Danggui Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion.The clinical curative effect,scores of TCM symptoms and pain[present pain intensity(PPI)],levels of serum indexes[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and quality of life[The Hand-Foot Skin Reaction and Quality of Life Questionnaire(HRQL)]in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total response rate of Danggui Decoction group was higher than that of routine treatment group[94.92%(56/59)vs 82.14%(46/56),P<0.05].After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(dull skin,chapped skin,dry skin,pain and pruritus)in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the Danggui Decoction group than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,PPI scores in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the Danggui Decoction group than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hs-CRP was decreased in both groups,which was lower in the Danggui Decoction group than that in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HRQL scores in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the Danggui Decoction group than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Modified Danggui Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion is significant on HFS after breast cancer chemotherapy,which can effectively relieve TCM symptoms,reduce pain and improve quality of li
