罗浮山风湿膏药在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨罗浮山风湿膏药治疗对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年1月治疗的200例KOA患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组口服艾瑞昔布片,0.1 g/次,2次/d;观察组在对照组的基础上外敷罗浮山风湿膏药,1次/d;两组患者均治疗3周。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组运动功能指标、关节疼痛情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Lysholm膝关节评分(lysholm knee society score,LKSS)和美国膝关节协会评分量表(american knee association,AKS)功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分在静息状态下、行走时、上下楼时均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗浮山风湿膏药联合艾瑞昔布片治疗可以显著缓解KOA患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,促进运动功能恢复,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Luofushan Fengshi Plaster(罗浮山风湿膏药)on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 200 KOA patients treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each.The control group received oral administration of Aricoxib Tablets at a dose of 0.1 g/time,twice a day.The observation group applied Luofushan Fengshi Plaster externally on the basis of the control group,once a day.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed.The motor function indicators and joint pain were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint(LKSS)score of the observation group and American Knee Association(AKS)scale score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in resting state,walking and going up and down stairs(P<0.05).Conclusion Luofushan Fengshi Plaster combined with Aricoxib Tablets can significantly relieve the pain of KOA patients,improve the knee joint function,promote the recovery of motor function and improve the clinical efficacy.
